Microscopes

Students are beginning to learn about microscopes.  We are learning the parts of the microscope and what their purpose.  We are going to do a simple lab looking at the letter e, a photograph, and a feather. 

Summative

The summatives are graded!  I will be putting grades in RDS by this weekend.  Please check to see how you did and if you will need to see about retesting.

Characteristics of Living Things

Students are learning about the basic characteristics of Living Things.  They have taken notes in their science journals.

New Unit - Cells

Students have spent time setting up their science journals for a new unit on cells.

Finally - We have internet!!!

Sorry nothing has been posted the last few days.  The school internet has been out!
Tomorrow is the last day of the grading period and the last day for retesting.
We have had time in class this week to retest for the digestive system and cardiovascular system.
